I love the idea of using Puff Pastry for a quiche. Plus the fact that it's quiche a la Mom. Plus, Chocolate Croissants! What could be better?

Moira all of these ideas/recipes sound delicious. I have made quiche before with puff pastry and wondered why I would ever make it any other way....? It's great. Thanks so much for sharing your mom's Quiche Lorraine recipe with us all!
